It’s Laura from CNA Training & Testing Center. Thank you for your inquiry! Our instructor-led American Heart Association BLS training reflects science and education from the American Heart Association Guidelines Update for CPR and Emergency Cardiovascular Care (ECC) and trains participants to promptly recognize several life-threatening emergencies, give high-quality chest compressions, deliver appropriate ventilations and provide early use of an AED. This class also results in a same day certification through the American Heart Association.
The AHA’s BLS Course is designed for healthcare professionals and other personnel who need to know how to perform CPR and other basic cardiovascular life support skills in a wide variety of in-facility and prehospital settings.

- High-quality CPR for adults, children, and infants
- The AHA Chain of Survival, specifically the BLS components
- Important early use of an AED
- Importance of teams in multi rescuer resuscitation

The cost for the BLS Course is $60 (Includes same day certification through American Heart Association)
There are a limited number of seats available in each class. Seats are reserved on a first-come, first-serve basis.
Candidate Requirements & Responsibilities
If you are at least 18 years old, a high school diploma or GED is not required. Previous healthcare experience is not required.
