The Standard Route focuses on the core concepts and clinical skills required to pass the state exam and begin working as a Certified Nursing Assistant.
The Diploma Route includes everything in the Standard Route, plus access to our online learning platform (LMS) for broader concepts.

Licensure Eligibility Disclosure
Students can be approved to sit for the exam prior to having an Social Security Number (SSN); however, pursuant to Title 42 U.S.C. §§ 653 and 654 and Florida Statutes §§ 456.013(1), 409.2577, and 409.2598, a SSN is mandatory for CNA license issuance.
A criminal record does not automatically disqualify you from licensure, but certain offenses may delay or affect the background screening process. If you have a record you believe may be a concern, contact us before registering so we can help guide you through the process.

No. Both programs are designed for beginners. We teach you everything you need to know to pass the CNA exam.
No. A high school diploma or GED is not required to become a Florida licensed CNA as long you are at least 18 years old.
You can retake the exam. The Florida Board of Nursing requires 30 days between exam dates. We provide unlimited practice time in our clinical lab so you can keep building confidence until you pass.
Yes. You can register with the $50 fee, choose your start date, and make payments through the link provided when you register.
CNAs are needed in hospitals, nursing homes, assisted living facilities, home health, and private care. A Florida CNA license can also transfer to many other states through reciprocity.
The Diploma option gives you extra support and advantages. You’ll get access to online study tools for 4 weeks, an externship for real world experience, and an exam advantage (you only take the written test).
