Strong communities aren’t built by organizations working in isolation. They’re built through meaningful connections between healthcare providers, educators, employers, workforce partners, and the people they serve.
Our Community Connection Program began in 2020 during the COVID-19 pandemic, when healthcare organizations faced unprecedented workforce challenges and an urgent need to strengthen collaboration across the community.
Originally launched as the Employer Connection Program, its purpose was to connect healthcare employers with the education and workforce resources needed to support patient care. As those relationships grew, so did the vision.
Today, the Community Connection Program serves as a hub for fostering relationships across healthcare, education, workforce development, and community organizations. Through ongoing communication, shared resources, and collaborative opportunities, we work to strengthen the network that supports both the healthcare workforce and the communities we serve.
At its core, the Community Connection Program exists to create a more connected community—one where organizations build lasting relationships, share opportunities, and work together to improve outcomes for students, employers, healthcare professionals, and the people who depend on them.
If your organization would like to stay connected, we invite you to join the Community Connection Program by completing the form on this page.
